I've worked in estate agency since 2008, starting in lettings before moving into residential sales in 2014 - and never looked back.
Before becoming a personal agent, I built experience at two of South West London's best-known agencies: Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward and Jacksons Estate Agents.
Eighteen years later, I know the local market, the sales process and where things are most likely to wobble. More importantly, I know moving home is personal.
So you get honest advice, thoughtful marketing and one person who actually knows what's going on. A surprisingly radical idea, apparently.
