The timing of my entry into estate agency was impeccable, really. The global financial crisis had hit, mortgage lending was drying up and the UK sales market was rapidly grinding to a halt.
Thankfully, I began in lettings, where I quickly built a successful career while getting a front row seat to one of the toughest property markets in recent history. Quite the introduction to the industry, but also an invaluable one.
Since then, I've worked through booming markets and the ones where everyone suddenly becomes very interested in the Bank of England. It taught me early on that property isn't always predictable, but experience matters when it isn't.

In 2014, I made the move into residential sales and absolutely fell in love with it. The negotiations, the strategy, the people, the problem-solving... this is where I belonged.
I went on to work for two established local agents, handling everything from valuations and viewings to negotiations and sales progression. At my busiest, I could be managing around 30 agreed sales at once, so I learned very quickly how to keep chains moving, solve problems and stay calm when things got complicated.
Traditional estate agency taught me an enormous amount. But it also showed me exactly what I wanted to do differently.

After years in traditional agency, I knew exactly what I wanted to change: more time, more care and far less conveyor-belt estate agency.
Going self-employed means I can take on fewer clients, more attention for every home and me personally handling your sale from valuation to completion.
One agent. One point of contact. Properly invested.
I am a mum of two, so I understand just how much is going on behind the scenes when you're moving home.
That's why I believe in clear communication, straight answers and being there when you need me.
I'll look after your move with the same care and attention I'd expect for my own.
